Pearson Trueman & Associates: Employing a Business Lens to Answer Problems

Directors,Suzanne Pearson and Shannon Trueman, Pearson Trueman AssociatesSuzanne Pearson and Shannon Trueman, Directors
Organizations often believe that employing highly efficient business analysts is ample to develop well-structured process documentation, and manage the change and communications of a project. But owing to the deficit of vision and managerial skills to channelize new projects along with the old ones, organizations have strayed from their desired path. Working towards fixing this deficit, Pearson Trueman & Associates (PTA), an Australian based organization provides end-to-end Business Process Management programs. Founded in 2007, the company has expertise in business architecture, business process design and implementation, process frameworks and modelling, process improvement and governance.

“PTA has built industry-unique comprehensive solutions like business process framework development, capability-focussed learning and targeted communications”

“Most organisations we work with don’t always have the in-house capability to meet the needs and demands of their project to ensure successful delivery. We diminish these challenges by providing proven expertise and ensuring each project delivers to the highest standard,” explains Suzanne Pearson, Director, PTA. Along with its services, the consultancy that PTA’s team provides has made the organization a decisive answer to the industry’s needs.PTA has built comprehensive solutions such as process framework development, capability-focussed learning and targeted communications. These services are no longer wants but business must-have needs. For the effective implementation of these services, the organization employs four key pillars that cover the changes and improvement of projects, ranging from ‘conception through to realisation’.

The organization’s services are utilized by market leaders such as ANZ Banking Group Ltd, Australian Unity, Australia Post, BP, BPAY, BUPA, Coles, Energy Australia, Jemena, KPMG, Myer, National Australian Bank, Origin Energy, Pacific Brands, Telstra, Toyota, Transurban, Vanguard and Victorian Government to name a few. The organization has built a strong clientele owing to its unique approach to problem solving. “We use a business lens rather than looking to technology to answer problems first up,” says Shannon Trueman, Director, PTA. “Also, we take ownership of the services we commit to deliver, giving a further boost.

We partner with our clients and share our knowledge, and leave them with internal capability to reap the most out of their projects and initiatives even after they are completed,” she further adds. Additionally, being an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization and its partnership with the American Productivity & Quality Centre (APQC) has earned PTA traction in the industry.

It all started when Suzanne and Shannon, armed with experience pertaining to recruitment and professional services came together to form a partnership to help bridge the skill and knowledge gap that was present in the industry. “For us, it was a natural progression to come together and build PTA to help organisations achieve their strategic goals by consulting in a niche market, across analysis, communication, learning and change,” Shannon says. The company is today operational in the SaaS Business Process Management solutions, which has given them an insight into the potency and prospective that this space holds. Team PTA has thus strategized its growth in the sector accordingly. Going forward, the company will build a stronger client base and trusted partnerships with new and existing organizations.
